Who we are

Birraria has become a reliable reference point in the Venetian restaurants panorama and a dynamic meeting point for all the travellers coming to visit the city.

The large air-conditioned rooms, the attractive outdoor terrace facing Campo St. Polo, and the exclusive inner courtyard, more intimate and reserved, can satisfy any demand. The cuisine is genuine, simple and tasty. Our specialities are inspired by the Mediterranean tradition and a great attention is paid to the origin and traceability of the ingredients with a preference given to the local high-quality products.


Our long rising pizza dough (48 hours) are the result of a constant research. We use italian-only stone-milled flour and top quality ingredients from organic cultivation in accordance with the Slow Food movement.
